What's Your Morning Routine?

I'm an evening exerciser so I'm pretty dedicated to trail running and making sure I get into the gym say five or six times a week. It's just physiologically different people are morning or evening workouts. Typically my mornings are get right at it and then spend the time and the evenings on myself. Well thank you again.
