Ellie: I think the real take home is that anyone who tells you, okay, we've got definitive proof of masks, they don't work. Well, what does that even mean? She says there may be places where mask wearing has become such a sort of expected default that removing a mandate doesn't change people's mask wearing behavior and therefore doesn't have an impact.
