Reno Is the Next New Frontier

College educated, white voters are moving to parts of the country that maybe ten years ago they wouldn't have spent as much time thinking about. These are more affordable cities, mid sized cities, close to recreation. Reno has it all, and its ain't affordable place and a fordable place to live.
