I like a lot of people. I just think central banks are reactive to the environment that they're in, he says. People got very nourished on bonds after financial crisis because they thought it was going to create inflation. Now if that policy changes and we're heading back to austerity, yeah, I think the central bank is becoming rates-hierarchical. He adds: Austerity is literally dead, no one wants it, and we want changes.
