So he meets criteria for c pancretius. Now the third criteria is imaging. And typically this is looking for findings consistent with acut pancretius on a contrast enhanced c t. But also meri or ultra sond could potentially pick up that diagnosis as well. It's not going to change my management. I have the diagnosis. There's really no reason to order a c t d impell this in this patient.
