Is There a Reduction in the Diversity of Trading Strategies?

The market is really good at pricing whatever when you have the wisdom of crowds, which needs diversity of opinion. When one's style works really, really well for an extended period, every other style gets crowded ou of the market. And so look where they reverse. It's always you you get all a sudden everybody's strategies, or basely, forty % the same,. right there where it says 80. The price tanks, and all of a sudden all these strategies come back.
