How to Load Your Quadriceps at Home

If you're not in the gym, you can still do something to help at home. I've got some adjustable weights at home, some dumbbells that I use and I feel like I can kind of get it done there. You can really kind of target them well by doing a step down exercise. It doesn't use your hipic sensors very much as long as you keep your trunk upright. If you start to lean forward, that's going to start engaging their hipic sensors a little bit more.
