The Three Faced the Death Penalty After the Richmond Hill Explosion

Montserrati, Early and Mark Leonard were charged with first-degree murder. Their suspected accomplice, Bob Leonard, was also arrested for murder and arson but spared the conspiracy charges. On December 24, the trio appeared in court, where they each entered a plea of not guilty. The Richmond Hill community came together to replace some of Montserrati's 12-year-old daughter's possessions.
