Think about where each of these needs are. To try to talk about the space, let's just divide it into four quadrants. From the bottom left quadrant, we have a low importance of user need. The other axis is how satisfied are people with how they're getting that need met today. This is in the solution space. Again, you're low, medium, high, or you can think about it like a formal quantitative survey.
