Is There a Myth of AI?

The myth of AI is actually like we do, we sort of are by nature. We tell stories that give, that sort of highlight or illuminate aspects of our experience and those stories can go back thousands of years. In this case, we have a kind of modern myth that seems to be kind of like is this sort of gravitron force and culture that's kind of sucking everyone towards it in spite of themselves. So yeah, so I did, there's a significant section of the book that's just putting the AI question in context, historical context. It will appeal to people who just wonder what's going on with AI, like sort of how do we make sense of fact and fiction
