During the first few three months, it was literally like trying to get out for a run a week. Now at the moment, it's one to two runs, depending on how I'm feeling. If I've got any pelvic pain or anything going on, then I just ease off and walk. Still doing some cold water swimming - will be interesting to see if that goes through winter. And being able to fight running is something that's always been in my blood.
