I’ll never forget my own “3am moment,” lying awake years ago, restless and uncertain about my future. I asked my partner Paul, “What am I going to do with my life?” 

That night, I grabbed a pen and scribbled down what really mattered to me - and it changed everything.

That little list became the foundation for building my dream life and, eventually, inspiring others to do the same.
