The Right-Wing Argument in Roe v Wade

I think anyone who says they just want to debate is immediately suspect, actually. Because also they don't. It was clear from the blocking of of a bomber's nominations to the court, Trump's packing of the court with right-wing judges, this was always the plan. What passes for argument put forward in the judgment, neither here nor there, this was going to be the decision. And it's fiat dressed up as argument. The other side of Roe v Wade or of left-wing progressive legal ruling, it's just people are going with what they believe and imposing their beliefs on others. But if that is true, I would say that Roe was right and Dobbs was wrong
