A THMS Episode on Bigo Notation

Indexing is about adding an index to a column so that you can get the data back faster, especially as your data scales. Having these data structures means that it's going to be much more efficient to traverse the data than if you're having to loop through it. So we should do an episode on bigo notation at some point.
