How Lorraine McQueen Got Into Knowledge Management
The focus on action, I think, is so spot on for an organization like the World Bank because it really does convey the fact that you're talking about allowing World Bank employees and contractors to perform effectively. How did you get into this rare field? Well, my background is in library science. So I did a master's degree at Western University in London, Ontario. And I first heard about knowledge management from a really wonderful librarian that I worked for with the Canadian Federal Government - Lorraine McQueen.
