The Benefits of Ketosis and Exercise for Depression

Ian is a bipolar patient who has found the ketosis plus exercise diet can help him get through depressive episodes. He lost about 50-60 pounds of weight and his psychiatric symptoms were going away which to him was completely remarkable after trying this. Ian says he doesn't recommend until we have RCTs and I would prefer people speak to as a psychiatrist and a dietician and do this very carefully because there can be some side effects.
