I think when you become too emotionally attached to your business, it stops you start making decisions based around emotion that can actually be harmful to your business. So I think it's important that you stay enough to attach where you make the right business decisions but also enough connective where you still really care. And there's a balance point there because there's a lot of people who decide to be hands off in their business and they don't care anymore. They want to work for someone who's dedicated to expanding the business so that these people can build careers of their own inside that business. Why would you stay in a stagnant company? You should only be in places where you could progress your own career
