Is the Holy Spirit a Person or a Force?
The holy spirit is god's empowering presence. It was the spirit that empowered jesus to do the miraculous kingdom work. In context, he's writing about how people are set free from bondage when le are set into the spirit of the lord. When moses is read, a veil covers their hearts but whenever any one turns to the lord, that veil is taken away.
