Ryan: I love this concept of just optimizing for the places that get you to conversations as quickly as possible. So when you get a receptionist who answers with something like that, how do you open or how do you handle that conversation such that you can optimize for getting transferred? Is our man running around there today? You're almost assuming that there's some familiarity. And then they'll just, you have no problem. They'll transfer you right away.
