Clifford O'Shaughnessy: I wrote a piece in March of 2009 called a generational buying opportunity. "Everyone hated me when I wrote it," he says, adding that his last adherent lost faith and fired him. The value spread as we measure it is spread between cheap and expensive for those who are interested,. It's well down from its COVID highs, but it's not way off of the tech bubble, at least the way we measure it.
