In the minds of academics, it is that academic freedom and the fear of what the federal government being detoxed. There was no dictate dictate dictate dictate that a college university participate in work study. It's just one of those longstanding tendencies in American history that there is this concern about federal control. And so you had to go right and stab it in the heart for all of us.
