Tiny Habits Hacks the Prompts
There are three sources of prompts. A person prompt is when you just happen to remember or something happens internally like, oh, I'm hungry or I have a headache. Context prompts are things in your environment such as an alarm and notification on app. This is what tiny habits leverages. It has to do with your existing routine and I call it an action prompt.
