Is There a Name for Cohesion?

In the right environments, in psychologically secure environments, failure is acceptable. There has to be very low threshold for failure when it comes to not adhering to the values and behaviors that the group has set. If there's a leader you haven't gotten everyone together and there aren't shared values and said behaviors, you can't call anyone into account other than yourself. I've got so much to think about walking away from this. These are always fun conversations. Every conversation I have, I take something else away from it and go, you have that fish in there,.
