The Benefits of Pullups

I've been on pullups as part of my workouts. Like I, I used to do every day or try to do something every day with them. And then I got into this other workout program where they're only done once per week due to a pull up thing and you gradually add weight to them. So anyway, it has increased my one rep max, the amount of weight I can pull up, but not, not my number. Yeah. This would allow me to do quite a bit more. Mm hmm. It would be 50 in the end every day. You know, and they're modified, but instead of 10 or something like that. That was my thing.
