The public is finally cottoning on to this realization that, oh, my gosh, there is so much money at stake here. And yet, most people, if you look at poles, say the answer is no. So it's just, i think, mind blowing to a lot of people that the people who are making the rules can also benefit from information they know about what they're going to do.
