Sal, i mean, you mentioned that it was last, uh, february, i guess, is when you launched. Was that the date that the sale occurred? Basically, we had like, a reserve price set um and, uh, uh, just a kick off the sale, and it was much lower. And then the reserve got het and then a bidding war ensued. So basically, i think we launched it on tuesday, and i think all the la, everything closed on a sun on that sunday. A week later when it actually closed and the final prices were realized.
