Israel said that even though he's born Jewish, he's not entitled to the law of return because he practices another religion. So if he believes in no God and no religion, he's considered Jewish by birth, by ethnicity nationality. But if he does believe in a God, but it's a Trinity, then he is not considered Jewish anymore for the law ofreturn.
