How My Mother Learned to Poach Pairs

My mom was a ballerina, nurse and Jew. She also became a Catholic farmer in upstate New York. My mother is 85 and she has recently learned how to poach pairs. The more formal education you have when you're younger, the stronger your cognitive function is in your later years.
