I did turn down several jobs and it was because during the interview process I asked questions. Like what does mentorship look like within the troll? What am I gonna be able to grow with it? Some of these companies had great answers some of them had terrible ones. That's when I realized this is probably not gonna be a fit. You just need somebody that's coming in here to knock something out. When it comes to junior roles most companies are just monetizing your dream at that point. They know you're gonna give up some concessions. The income of your first job will never match the income of your third job. It won't even come close right like what I make now versus
