The Effects of Short Intervals on Performance Performance Improvements

When we compare the short intervals with the traditional long intervals it seems to be a larger adaptations using the short intervals in general on most measurements. So one of the more recent ones was in very well trained cyclists in that had the two maxis in the mid 70s I think 73 74 75 and you've also done it in well trained cyclists there were more in the 60s I think. Yeah, yeah, is this something that I'm not aware but have other research groups also been starting to study or this these 30 15s because I think it's such an interesting intro type and you've had so great results with them that it would make sense for others to to also start to study them
