"I would hope good because I have gotten a lot of positive feedback about my interactions with people online, but I'm not going to assume anything," he says. "There is a situation where just being a good person or having integrity will actually set you apart from all these people that you see on LinkedIn." He adds: "It doesn't matter how many accolades and stuff like that you have... If they say bad things about you ... it's going to come back to you".
