What's the Point of Learning History?

i'm not against learning history or anything like that. And i think there's a lot of useful stuff there. But my objection is, concretely to the way that thi stuff gets kind of mutated into just, like, group affiliation signalling and stuff. That's what happens to all these lemonest funk an cults, am that? It has nothing to do with human liberation at that point. The final section here is really very interesting, so should be a good discussion. Thank you, re indeed.
