I started trading capital markets in college playing around with it. Just a deep interest through that process, started taking some of the engineering classes and the stats and the programming that I was doing there. And then between junior and senior went to came to Chicago to work for a group that a gentleman that I knew that was two years old of the me at Rice had gone and startedThat's when he really made his name as an equity index market making trader. He sold Kai Volatility Advisors in 2010.
Cem is the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of KAI Volatility Advisors. He is responsible for firm-wide management, as well as its Head of Research and Risk Management. Cem triple majored in Economics, Policy Studies and English at Rice University and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
