Managing Bias in Systems Work

i'd like each person reflect on, what is one thing that maybe was made a little more visible that was currently invisible to you? Or what does it make you think about, where might you invest some effort towards change? A really important art of doing any type of system's work is this idea of managing bias am so when we think about mapping systems and and the layers, we see the potential for change. It can also reveal where biases get in our way, especially our own biases. So as designers, how do you tune into your own biases with intention, and then not get defensive about them,. but actually work to lean into those in and be intentional about making things happen.
