How to Use a StarChart to Motivate Your Kids?
When i started, some one gave me a starchar and i created as really complex there were 30 things on it. For my kids, they couldn't use it. And so it was useless, right? It was not effective. Where i landed with a lot of support and training and coaching, was a reward chart that had three columns, one for each of my kit. When they did something good, i'd say, go give yourself two points asivor not. The purpose o t ovatr in our house was to help my kids feel good and positive about playing for their strength, instead of only seeing their weaknesses. But i need tlove it figere that out.
