Kaya Adams is one of my leadership role models. She captured the differences between givers and takers. I think we want leaders to be tall. We don't want to drag other people down. That's ultimately what being a great leader is all about. Good leaders are determined to grow. And in the process, grow themselves.

Kaja Kallas is the current Prime Minister of Estonia – and the first woman to hold the position. Her perceptive communication and bold action against the threat of Russian authoritarianism has bolstered her reputation as a leader we should all be paying attention to.
