The More We Can Level Out Those Peaks

The energy system is sort of built that way, right? We build it for the peak plus plus the hard shoulder just in case. So if you think about the whole resource efficiency, that's not really very efficient. It means that on a normal day, you've only got two lanes of traffic and you've got 17 lanes not doing anything. And so we need to cut off the peaks and put it in the trust. Because then what you get is an optimized grid or optimized road where the traffic just flows.
