In the schools that get better quickly, they have teachers who are inspired to try new experiments. And then they have environments that are congenial to teachers learning from one another. When schools gets better, it's because there's a culture of peer learning among teachers. But part of what you have to do is sort of like honor the uniqueness of your own institution.
