Soye: How did you get introduced to service nowdand how long have you been involved with that by accident? Soye: Three years ago, there was a gentleman in the initial launch of our transformation office who worked with our executive vice president at the time to introduce service now. And so as i got my teeth into it a little bit more, i really saw the opportunity that we had to go as far as we could with service now. Eihteen t has an enterprise license with service now. Not only our global operations team, but the whole firm has a license agreement with service now. We are all in with service now at this point.
