Is That Really the Nugget to All of This?

The old system is that part of the reason why it has all those silly rules is because they decoupled in a sense the profitability or the revenue side from the cost side. And I think that buying, you know, magazines so the team can learn more about how to do something better if that's going to actually help the ability of the team to perform. You know, then that should show up in the outcomes that the, that the product produces and so I think you know what some of those pathologies of the traditional organization are created because they don't have empowered teams.
