I think it was the, it was the in between. It's enough experience. The other thing is a senior leader. And an extremely progressive culture. Nobody in the Bay area goes, what church do you belong to when you come into town? Right. Whereas there are states and cities where that's still really normal. I'm so grateful. What does that kind just look like? Intentionality with my kids.
