The Preseason Preview

There's no infrastructure, you know, there's no public transport network that people kind of filter onto. Everyone who's rocked up in cars is trying to get away from the stadium by car or by taxi. It's not much around either. I wouldn't even be surprised if there was some kind of behind closed door fixture between the community shield and the final game of the first game of the season. But as a player, you really want to play against these teams. And there is that balance between getting the right result and building confidence, but also exerting the players at a technical level and a physical level which will be beneficial for the season ahead.
