There's very few things that will do exceptionally well when there's a major demand destroying event, even in the commodity section. The people won't be thinking about buying new cars, e-bikes and toys that will consume copper and lithium and batteries at that point. They'll cut production and they'll build massive inventories and they'll battle to keep their doors open. And as most people use debt instruments to buy property, property prices will be destroyed. That's where you're going to get a big haircut.
