I'm so glad you brought this up. Because I think a lot of people are realizing the same issue and I've seen a lot of debate on Twitter about this issue as well. So it's really validating and encouraging to hear a professor acknowledge that this issue does exist in the field. It is not the case that people should have this mindset of, oh, I need a certain number of publications before I can get into a program because it's really a stressful process. They're usually being discouraged to apply to a procedure programs that they're missing opportunities. Yeah.
