The Advantage of Going to Acquisition Route for Media Math

I don't think they're going to get much. There is a lot of anger about how that was managed, easy to see how someone could just like show up the doctor fully thinking that they have health insurance. Maybe that'll sort of maybe it's enough to keep this lawsuit going and push it through court. But yeah, I'm not optimistic about it. And you know, the fact that the company went bankrupt instead of taking the acquisition was what's your call on that? Like what do you think would have been the advantage of going to acquisition route?
