The Culture of the SES
It is interesting to think that in both the military and the medical world, they both seem to have really high standards. But go about communicating them in quite different ways. I wonder if the success of both of these industries is more to do with knowing that you are part of a bigger purpose than communication or feedback strategy. In the next clip, I was really interested in how the culture of the SES has maintained their standards throughout generations. How we could use those learnings in everyday life.
