The Chinese Are Using the World's Attention

The Chinese have moved across the demarcation line but they were using the world's attention was elsewhere. They are not inherently evil or anything, but they are behaving in this manner. When it comes to places like Africa moving into African countries, dominating it commercially and bringing in thousands of their own workers. And then they build a port, knowing full well you can't pay it back. So the fact I didn't see that. I thought I thought they were just like, look, some of it did and some of it was done perhaps for genuine altruistic reasons,. But a lot of it was simply soft power and then off getting off if you're going to do soft power get it
