I think it's understanding the value of a unit of time. Harry do this do that we need this doing and you need to know if that's a 2200 2000 or fuck all task. Most of us are just running around reactive therefore most of the tasks are either of zero value to us or a value to someone else. If an employee came to you and said I work really hard I'm working 18 hours a day give me a pay rise they're going to get a pay rise. It's not hard work and putting in more effort and time it all comes down to value. So again it's understandingvalue if you can fix value if you can create value that's what's going
