The smaller story is just that Brazil's lower house by a pretty wide margin passed a major tax reform initiative. And we are seeing Lula moderate himself and instead of going off the rails like Colombia or Peru, try to negotiate and build coalitions. So you have this major tax reform that is sitting there and could really change things for good in Brazil.
