Making Your Plan Sharable
For me, i tend to be not awesome at making my plan sharable so that other people can be brought inside my thinking. I have this bad, am mental modle of if if it's in my brain, then everyone must know. So i have to do a better job of getting my plan to a sharable state. And i think that there's something really powerful about making your plan sharable,. even if you are the only person working on your plan.
